Bookmark manager and comment manager with integrated web browser window. This program has a user interface similar to Concepts Editor but enhanced with extra functionality. The program has also tools to backup and restore its persistent data. Microsoft^® Internet Explorer favorites can be added, in ordered fashion, to lists of bookmarks by using drag-and-drop form the 'Favorites' folder. Stored bookmarks can still be launched in external browsers.
The tree nodes can be re-ordered (moved) or copied using drag-and-drop.
There are commands to search text in the tree, editors, and lists of bookmarks. There are also commands for quick access to relevant tree leaf nodes (notes and lists of bookmarks). The user can easily define (or redefine) those reference positions for a quick access to them in the future. The previously open note and list of bookmarks are automatically memorized and can also be quickly accessed.
The lists of bookmarks can be used to launch Internet bookmarks, to open local documents, to open local folders in explorer, and to launch applications.
The lists of bookmarks can also be adapted to other purposes. Two possible examples are: task lists and log books. In both cases the user may wish to ignore the location and the short comment columns, or even use them to other purposes.
